JENNI PELLETIER (formerly Hamlin)

My name is Jenni and I can assure expert evidence-based recommendations as a registered dietitian and board certified specialist in sports dietetics with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Physical Performance. I have experience working with people of all types, from medical nutrition therapy needs to health and wellness to elite athletes! I have worked at three Division I universities and contracted with the US Army Special Forces as a performance dietitian. I have worked with a wide variety of athletes including endurance events like marathon runners, Iron Men, and triathletes; CrossFit, combatives athletes, powerlifters, and body builders; sports teams ranging from football to volleyball to track and field and individual sports like golf and tennis- among others!

In one instance completely non-related to dietary health, doctors still saw immediate improvement in one of our players after her work with Jenni to build a nutrition plan. Being in the military Image is everything to me, when you see a person that is selling or representing something but they don’t look the part it’s probably a sign that they don’t know what they are talking
about. Well, Jenni definitely walks the walk and talks the talk. I can speak of this from interacting with her on a daily basis. I am very hard headed when it comes to many things, one was nutrition. Luckily for
me Jenni wasn’t one of those nutritionists that make you feel stupid for not knowing or understanding what my body actually needs. She had valuable info for the specific tasks that I am involved in, whether it be training up for Ranger school, a marathon, or recovering from an injury. She would never hesitate to give me or any other fellow Soldier a breakdown of the information she was sharing, to the lowest level needed. Not only did she explain our nutrition plans but she also gave evidence based
recommendations as to why we needed to eat certain things or most of the time NOT eat certain things. Her knowledge seems endless, from supplements, to meal plans in restricted environments, to assisting Soldiers diets to recover quicker just by proper nutrition. Jenni was a go to for any scenario we were thrown into.
