PERSONAL COACHING

A certified sports dietitian assesses and tailors a personalized nutrition program designed to help you reach your peak performance, increase energy, optimize recovery, weight, and body composition goals. This evidence-based method has proven success with Weekend Warriors, High School, Collegiate, and Elite Level Professional and Tactical athletes. Included: a customized meal plan guide with meal and snack options, weight tracking, a fast food guide, a safe and effective supplement plan and unlimited access to meal tracking and sports dietitian feedback. With a results-oriented approach, I work with you throughout the entire process to meet and exceed your goals.

TEAM CONSULTATION

Have a team that doesn’t know how to meet the energy demands placed on them? So many factors come into play: Personal and coach-driven weight and body composition goals, irregular schedules, traveling often to new locations, or maybe you’ve never worked with a sports dietitian before and are looking for that edge to take your team to the top. Nutrition can be that game changer to go from good to great just by changing eating habits and setting your team up for success. It includes working with coaches, strength, and/or athletic trainers on the most effective way to make fuel options available, planning/coordinating travel nutrition meals/snacks, unlimited access to meal tracking and sport’s dietitian feedback, and 3 team talks to educate everyone and answer any questions over one semester’s time. This service is most effective in person, but can be streamed through an online video conference to a team meeting as well.

SUPPLEMENT SAVVY

Supplement means “in addition to”. As a performance dietitian, I take a food first, supplements second approach. Most dietary supplements on store shelves are not what they are marketing themselves to be. Are you familiar with FDA regulations or third party testing? If not, it’s time to be! In this service, we will review what the regulations are, how to evaluate a supplement at a store or online to find a safe and effective product, and recommend what, if any, supplements are necessary to bring your game to the next level within legal governing guidelines (example: NCAA, USADA, WADA).

PERFORMANCE MEAL PLANNING

A customized meal plan guide based on training demands. Caloric and macronutrient needs are calculated to provide a specific meal plan guide that includes meal and snack options with nutrient composition, timing, hydration, game day, and recovery fueling. A safe and effective supplement plan is also provided.

FATIGUE MANAGEMENT

(ENERGY AVAILABILITY, VITAMIN/MINERAL DEFICIENCIES, ETC)

Individual counseling to develop a fueling plan specifically designed to increase energy availability, correct vitamin/mineral deficiencies, while accounting for nutrient composition and timing around training, hydration plan, and recovery. Optimize your energy to train and perform at your most elite level.

THE HANDS ON PACKAGE

RECIPES, MEAL AND GROCERY PLANNING, FOOD PREP AND DEMOS

Learning performance fueling concepts is only the first step. Putting those concepts into action is crucial. Here, I provide you with a starter pack of recipes for easy implementation and a grocery planning guide virtually. For a more hands approach, this can also be done in person through food prep and cooking skills training. For in person food prep, skills training, and recipe demos, your group needs to have at least 4 people. Cost of food is not included in the given price.
