PERSONAL HEALTH COACH

Through habit based coaching, a certified sports dietitian assesses and tailors a personalized nutrition program designed to help you reach your peak fitness, boost and sustain energy, optimize recovery, support joints, and meet weight and body composition goals. No strict rules, deprivation, or restriction. Ditch the fads and gimmicks. This evidence-based method has proven success with Weekend Warriors, High School, Collegiate, and Elite Level Professional and Tactical athletes. Included: a customized meal plan guide with meal and snack options, a fast food guide, and a safe and effective supplement plan. I work with you throughout the entire process to meet and exceed your goals towards simple, realistic, effective results through habit based coaching. Consults conducted through telehealth software.

BODY COMPOSITION COACH

Struggling to reach your full gains in the gym? If you find it difficult to build muscle or lose body fat, look no further. This method provides a sustainable way to lose weight, get in shape, and feel your best! Let’s start this easy whole food approach together without all the strict rules or fad trends.

LABELS: FOOD AND SUPPLEMENT BRAND & PRODUCT EDUCATION

You know what you need to be eating, but are you finding it difficult to weed through the murky marketing of the thousands of products out there to actually obtain what your body needs? You are not alone. So many of my clients have come to me with questions regarding what to look for on food and supplement labels so they know what they are getting is quality and right for their needs. We’ll go through what to look for, but also provide some brand examples that meet these needs to help you form a nutritious grocery list.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT

Did you have a recent check up with your doctor and results came back a bit unexpected? Together we’ll do a full diet analysis, blood lab results review (provided by you from doctor visit), and supplement evaluation to determine your optimal intake needs. I am also happy to connect with your medical provider(s) for final resolutions and continuity of care.

GROCERY SHOPPING TOUR

Learning nutrition principles is only the first step. Putting those concepts into action is crucial. On this tour, I provide an easy way to plan meals for the week, what to look for in ingredients when at the store, and how to do all of this with budgeting concerns in mind. This group service needs to have at least 4 people prior to booking. Any food purchased is at client’s expense. Please contact me directly through email or by phone to schedule.

PANTRY AND FRIDGE MAKEOVER

Start fresh. Clear the junk. If your goal is to begin a journey towards a healthier you, those cabinets full of sugary snacks and salty, over-processed junk food are your first serious roadblock. Out with the old and in with the new. I will clean out your fridge and pantry, provide two 2 week meal plans with grocery lists to help you stock up. Optional add on: bringing those ingredients to your home and helping you prep the first week.

MEAL PREP

The kitchen can be so much fun! We’ll begin with I’ll take going through some very easy, effective strategies to make prepping meals a breeze on a regular basis. Then, together we’ll take nutritious, whole foods and prepare a handful of recipes to taste, while prepping your kitchen for the week ahead. Cost of food not included in price.
