This service is specific to those with blood work that has revealed pre-diabetic and diabetic blood glucose or HgbA1C. We’ll go through the principles of blood sugar management, what your numbers truly mean and how to track them, and practical application to managing your health day in and day out. Due to the large amount of content, this is set up to be a weekly consult in 1 hour blocks of time with follow ups over the following 2 months and unlimited access to the dietitian.
