Service Description

I’ll guide you through heart healthy dietary strategies whether you are diagnosed or have had abnormal lab results (cholesterol, triglycerides, inflammatory markers such as CK, or blood pressure). Included: 1 initial consult, 3 follow ups, unlimited access to dietitian for 2 months and continuity of care with medical provider (doctor, nurse, etc).
